Objavljen je dodaten razpis Erasmus+ za študente, ki jih zanima praktično usposabljanje v študijskem letu 2020/2021.
V okviru razpisa so možne mobilnosti z namenom opravljanja prakse, in sicer najkasneje do 31. maja 2021.
Rok za prijavo je odprtega tipa in prične teči na dan objave razpisa in traja do porabe sredstev, vendar najdlje do predvidoma 4.3.2021.
Razpisna dokumentacija in navodila za prijavo so na voljo na tej povezavi.

An additional Erasmus+ Open call for students is published. Applications are now open for exchanges for the purpose of traineeship which needs to be carried out by 31 May 2021 at the latest.
The application deadline is defined as the open deadline and starts on the day the Call was published and lasts until there are available funds, but no later than 4 March 2021.

sreda, 11. november 2020 Online Russian Language Course at Dostoevsky OmSU // Spletni tečaj ruskega jezika pri Dostojevsky OmSU
Dostoevsky OmSU invites students to join their Online Russian Language Course. You will be able to learn a balance of language skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing, grammar) at an appropriate level from beginner to advanced and communicate effectively in real life settings. The duration of the Online Russian language course is from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 9 months. After the completion of the online course participants will receive an end-of-course certificate issued by Dostoevsky Omsk State University, from level A1 to C2.
The tuition fee for the program is:
- 1 month (80 academic hours) - 200 euros (from 2 to 4 months, then 1 month (80 academic hours) - 150 euros)
- 1 semester (5 months - 400 academic hours) - 650 euros
- 1 academic year (9 months - 800 academic hours) - 1300 euros

Dostoevsky OmSU vabi študente, naj se pridružijo njihovemu spletnemu tečaju ruskega jezika. Na tečaju se boste naučili jezikovnih spretnosti kot so govor, poslušanje, branje in pisanje ter slovnica na ustrezni ravni od začetnika do naprednika. Spletni tečaj traja od najmanj 1 meseca do največ 9 mesecev. Po zaključku tečaja bodo udeleženci prejeli jezikovni certifikat od stopnje A1 do C2, ki ga je izdaja OmSU.
Šolnina za tečaj znaša:
- 1 mesec (80 akademskih ur) - 200 evrov (od 2 do 4 mesece- 150 evrov na mesec (80 akademskih ur))

Objavljen je bil razpis za ASEF Junior Fellows za leto 2021. Program ASEF krepi raziskovalno in študijsko izmenjavo med Slovenijo in drugimi državami.
Nadarjenim Slovenskim študentom in študentom slovenskih korenin program ponuja dve možnosti:
ASEF Junior Fellows – Global je triletni program, ki študentom omogoča 10-tedenski raziskovalni obisk na univerzi ali v raziskovalni instituciji z izbranega strokovnega področja. Izbrani ASEF Junior Fellows aktivno sodelujejo pri aktivnostih, ki jih organizira ASEF Society of Fellows, kar vključuje raziskovalne projekte, sodelovanje z ostalimi člani, delavnice na temo vodenja in razvoja kariere ter udeležba na različnih javnih predavanjih in drugih dogodkih, ki jih organizira ASEF.
Rok za prijavo je 1. december 2020.
ASEF Junior Fellows – Visiting Slovenia je enoletni program, ki študentom slovenskih korenin omogoča obisk Slovenije in 10-tedenski obisk na slovenski univerzi, raziskovalni instituciji ali podjetju z izbranega strokovnega področja kandidata. Namen štipendijskega programa je nadarjenim študentom slovenskih korenin ponuditi priložnost za karierni razvoj, hkrati pa izkusiti Slovenijo, njen jezik in kulturo.
Rok za prijavo je 1. december 2020.
The Calls for the ASEF Junior Fellows for 2021 are now published. The ASEF Junior Fellows program strengthens research and study exchange between Slovenia and other countries.
The programme provides two opportunities for talented Slovenian students and students of Slovenian heritage:
ASEF Junior Fellows - Global is a three-year program, which gives students the opportunity to do a 10-week research visit at a university or a research institution in the area of their field of expertise. ASEF Junior Fellows deeply engage in activities organized by ASEF Society of Fellows, including research projects and collaborations with other Fellows, leadership and career development workshops, and attend regular public lectures and other events organized by ASEF.
The deadline for applications is December 1.
ASEF Junior Fellows - Visiting Slovenia is a one-year program, which gives students of Slovenian heritage the opportunity to visit Slovenia and do a 10-week visit at a Slovenian university, research institution or a company in the area of applicant’s field of expertise. The purpose of the fellowship program is to give talented students of Slovenian heritage an opportunity to grow professionally, while also getting to experience Slovenia, its language and culture.
The deadline for applications is December 1.
ponedeljek, 2. november 2020 Doktorski študij na Hertfordshire Business School / Hertfordshire Business School PhD Studentship
Hertfordshire Business School (University of Hertfordshire) ponuja možnost v celoti financiranega doktorskega študija. Štipendija vključuje 3-letni študij ob rednem opravljanju študijskih obveznosti. Poleg štipendije so dodatno na voljo tudi finančna sredstva za izvajanje raziskav.
Sprejeti kandidati bodo študij in raziskave opravljali pod mentorstvom izkušenih strokovnjakov z izbranega področja raziskovanja.
Rok za prijave je 13. november 2020.
Intervjuji s prijavljenimi kandidati bodo potekali od 23. novembra 2020 dalje.
Predviden pričetek študija je v januarju 2021.

Hertfordshire Business School (University of Hertfordshire) offers a fully-funded PhD studentship. The scholarship includes 3 years of study with full-time (and successfully passed) study obligations. In addition to the scholarship, there are also financial resources available for conducting research.
Admitted candidates will study and do research under the mentorship of experts in the chosen field of research.
The deadline for applications is November 13, 2020.
Interviews with the candidates will take place from November 23, 2020, onwards.
The study is expected to start in January 2021.

Nemška služba za akademsko izmenjavo (DAAD) tudi v letošnjem študijskem letu ponuja različne štipendije za diplomante, raziskovalne štipendije za doktorande, postdoktorande in mlade znanstvenike, štipendije za delovna bivanja za visokošolske učitelje ter visokošolske poletne tečaje za tuje študente in diplomante v Nemčiji.

torek, 20. oktober 2020 Best of South East scholarship for the academic year 2021/22 // Štipendija Best of South East za študijsko leto 2021/22
Best of South East (BoSE) is a scholarship-program initiated by the Steiermärkische Sparkasse, and is a training and education program for talented and dedicated students from Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia.
The scholarship program lasts 12 months and includes at Montanuniversität Leoben (MUL):
- A scholarship of 750 € monthly for an entire year (sponsored by Steiermärkische Sparkasse)
- A scholarship for a 2-semester mobility program at Montanuniveristät Leoben (winter and summer semesters)
- A self-organized 2-month trainee program or internship (in July and August)

Best of South East (BoSE) je štipendijski program Steiermärkische Sparkasse, namenjen usposabljanju in izobraževanju za nadarjene in predane študente iz Slovenije, Hrvaške, Bosne in Hercegovine, Srbije, Črne gore in Severne Makedonije.
Štipendijski program traja 12 mesecev, izvaja se na Montanuniversität Leoben (MUL) in vključuje:
- Štipendija 750 EUR mesečno za celo leto (sponzorira Steiermärkische Sparkasse)
- Štipendija za dvosemestrski program mobilnosti v Montanuniveristät Leoben (zimski in poletni semester)

petek, 18. september 2020 18th International Youth Conference // 18. Mednarodna konferenca mladih
This years International Youth Conference, organized by the Youth Alliance Kruševo and the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung is called “European values for the future for SEE region” and aims to connect over 80 participants from SEE countries.
The main aim of the International Youth Conference is supporting energetic and committed young leaders from Southeast Europe to work for a European future of the region on daily basis. Moreover, this conference tends to promote the European Values amongst them and in their societies. The resulted deliverables will be a set of action-oriented recommendations and proposals for promotion of the European Values that will be leveraged through the active young leaders in the SEE region. The deadline for application is the 15th of October 2020 and scholarships are available.
Mednarodna mladinska konferenca, ki jo organizirata Mladinska organizacia Youth Alliance Kruševo in fundacija Friedrich Ebert v Skopju bo letos poimenovana "Evropske vrednote za prihodnost za regijo JVE".
Glavni cilj konference je podpora energičnim in zavzetim mladim iz jugovzhodne Evrope, da si vsak dan prizadevajo za evropsko prihodnost regije. Konferenca spodbuja evropske vrednote med njimi in v njihovih družbah. Rezultat srečanja bo niz akcijsko usmerjenih priporočil in predlogov za promocijo evropskih vrednot, ki jih bodo izkoristili aktivni mladi v tej regiji. Each year the Swiss Confederation awards Government Excellence Scholarships to promote international exchange and research cooperation between Switzerland and over 180 other countries, of which Slovenia is also part of. The Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships are aimed at young researchers from abroad who have completed a master’s degree or PhD and at foreign artists holding a bachelor’s degree.
The prospective candidates can apply for:

- Postdoctoral Scholarships,

Nemška fundacija za okolje Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (DBU) vabi na sodelovanje v štipendijskem programu za državljane 19 držav srednje Evrope. Cilj programa je omogočiti diplomantom pridobitev nadaljnjih strokovnih kvalifikacij za reševanje nalog na področju okoljevarstva in naravovarstva v svoji domači državi.
Štipendija traja šest do dvanajst mesecev in vključuje večtedenski tečaj nemščine. Štipendisti si lahko sami izberejo gostiteljsko ustanovo v Nemčiji med številnimi univerzami, raziskovalnimi inštitutmi, podjetji ali društvi.

The German environmental foundation Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (DBU) invites you to participate in a scholarship program for citizens of 19 Central European countries. The aim of the program is to enable graduates to acquire further professional qualifications for solving tasks in the field of environmental and nature protection in their home country.
The scholarship lasts six to twelve months and includes a multi-week German course. Scholars can choose a host institution in Germany from a number of universities, research institutes, companies or associations.

četrtek, 16. april 2020 Novi ekonomski talent 2020 // New Economic Talent 2020
Center za ekonomska raziskovanja in podiplomsko izobraževanje - Ekonomski inštitut (CERGE-EI) poziva študente, da predložijo predloge za natečaj za nove ekonomske talente.
Natečaj je odprt za diplomante (redne ali izredne) na katerem koli področju, ki jih zanimajo sodobna ekonomska vprašanja in želijo bolje razumeti sile in procese, ki „oblikujejo svet“.
Tekmovanje je mednarodnega karakterja, poteka v dveh krogih, njegov delovni jezik pa je angleščina. Kandidati v prvem krogu predložijo predlog diplomske naloge (1-2 strani).
Izbrani finalisti predstavijo svoje predloge v drugem krogu na CERGE-EI v Pragi. Tema je lahko iz področja makroekonomije, mikroekonomije, uporabnih ekonomij ali financ. Predlogi bodo ocenjeni na podlagi izvirnosti, vsebine, analitične narave in jasnosti pisanja.

The Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education – Economics Institute (CERGE-EI) invites university students to submit their papers.
The competition is open to current bachelor’s students (full-time or part-time) or bachelor’s graduates (up to one year after graduation) in any field, who are interested in contemporary economic issues and wish to better understand the forces and processes that ‘shape the world’.
The competition is international in character and takes place in two rounds and its working language is English. Candidates in the first round submit a thesis proposal (1-2 pages).
The selected finalists present their proposals in the second round at CERGE-EI in Prague. The topic can range from macroeconomics, microeconomics, applied economics or finance. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of originality, content, analytical nature and clarity of writing.
The prize for the winner is $ 2000. Submission deadline is April 30, 2020. Applications must be emailed to: talent@cerge-ei.cz. Further details can be found at www.cerge-ei.cz/talent
ponedeljek, 2. marec 2020 Erasmus after Brexit // Erasmus po Brexitu
With the ratification of the Withdrawal Agreement by both the UK and the European Parliament, Brexit came into effect as of 01/02/2020, but the transition period will only end on 31/12/2020. Until then, the UK participates in all EU programmes it has committed to, until the end of these programmes.
As of 1 January 2021, the UK will be treated as a third country for purposes of access to EU programmes, including Erasmus+. The possible participation of the UK in future programmes after 2020 will depend on the outcome of the overall negotiations on the future relationship between the two parties.
It is advised that all student and staff consider this information when planning their exchange.

Z ratifikacijo izstopnega sporazuma Združenega kraljestva iz Evropske unije je Brexit začel veljati s 1. 2. 2020, vendar traja do 31.12.2020 prehodno obdobje. V prehodnem obdobju bo Združeno kraljestvo sodelovalo pri vseh EU programih, k katerim se je zavezalo, in to do konca obdobja izvajanja teh programov.
Od 1. januarja 2021 bo Združeno kraljestvo pri dostopu do programov EU, vključno s programom Erasmus+, obravnavano kot tretja država. Morebitna udeležba Združenega kraljestva v prihodnjih programih po letu 2020 bo odvisna od rezultata splošnih pogajanj o prihodnjih odnosih med obema stranema.
Svetujemo, da vsi študenti in zaposleni pri načrtovanju izmenjav upoštevajo teh informacij.

Graduate or PhD students in Computer Science, Mixed Reality, Human-Computer Interaction, Media Informatics, Visualization or related fields are all invited.
This Summer School gives you an excellent opportunity to enhance your knowledge and at the same time explore Upper Austria, meet new people, and expand your network internationally. You can also earn 3 ECTS.

The Finabel Permanent Secretariat is a Land Force Organisation based in Brussels which is comprised of 22 Members of the EU, promoting cooperation and interoperability among the Members' armed forces.
Currently, Finabel is looking for new trainees, offering opportunities within an international context. The internship is unpaid, unless the student applies to an Erasmus Placement Scholarship through the University. Stalni sekretariat Finabel je organizacija za kopenske sile s sedežem v Bruslju, ki jo sestavlja 22 članic EU in katera spodbuja sodelovanje in interoperabilnost med oboroženimi silami članic.
Trenutno Finabel išče nove pripravnike, ki iščejo priložnosti v mednarodnem okolju. Praksa je neplačana, razen če študent zaprosi za Erasmus štipendijo za prakso preko univerze.

Turku Summer School offers students an excellent opportunity to combine studying with an active social programme and enjoying the best of the Nordic summer. The students can select from eight different courses – with topics ranging from Circular Economy to Game Development. Participating in the Summer Courses can be used as an orientation for new Master’s Degree students or as a head start for new exchange students. The summer school takes place in August 7–21, 2020.

The Bavarian Academic Center for Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe (BAYHOST) is organizing its 10th International Conference on Advanced Computer Information Technologies which takes place from 13-15 May 2020 at the Deggendorf Institute of Technology.
Bavarski akademski center za srednjo, vzhodno in jugovzhodno Evropo (BAYHOST) organizira 10. Mednarodno konferenco o naprednih računalniških informacijskih tehnologijah, ki poteka od 13. do 15. maja 2020 na Tehnološkem inštitutu Deggendorf.
Konferenca ponuja mednarodni forum za raziskovalce, akademike, strokovnjake in študente z različnih področij inženiringa in z interdisciplinarnimi interesi na področju informacijske tehnologije, računalništva, programskega inženiringa, kibernetske varnosti, uporabne znanosti in digitalnega poslovanja. Vsi sprejeti članki bojo objavljeni v IEEE Xplore in indeksirani EI.
Prosilcem iz srednje, vzhodne in jugovzhodne Evrope, ki bodo izbrani za govornike, bodo na voljo nepovratna sredstva za pokritje stroškov konference in nastanitve v Deggendorfu.
