Additional Call for Erasmus+ KA131 Study Exchanges in the 2. semester 2026/27 

Application deadline: 12 October 2026

On 23 September 2026, the University of Primorska published an Additional Call for International Study Exchanges in the 2026/27 Academic Year under the Erasmus+ KA131 Programme. The call enables students to undertake a study mobility abroad during the second semester of the 2026/27 academic year.

The call supports:

• physical or blended long-term mobility for students from the second year of bachelor’s studies onwards, including master’s and doctoral students, lasting one semester;
• short-term mobility for doctoral students lasting from 5 to 30 days.

The application deadline is Monday, 12 October 2026, at 23:59.

Application procedure

Students must submit their applications through VIS/ŠIS: https://vis.upr.si/

The following documents must be attached:

• a short CV in Slovenian or English;
• a motivation letter in English, prepared using the mandatory call template Annex 2 – Motivation Letter_Study;
• proof of foreign-language proficiency, except for students enrolled in an English-taught programme or those who have already passed a foreign-language examination at their UP home faculty.

2. Consult the list of partner institutions available for your field of study and select three preferred institutions.
3. Prepare all required attachments: your CV, motivation letter and proof of foreign-language proficiency.
4. Submit the application and all required documents through VIS/ŠIS.
