Izbira pravega mesta za vašo Erasmus mobilnost je ena najpomembnejših odločitev, ki jih morate sprejeti, v kolikor se zanimate za Erasmus priložnosti za študentske mobilnosti. Pri tem je potrebno v obzir vzeti različne dejavnike, med njimi Erasmus sofinancijske možnosti, stroške bivanja, jezikovne ovire, življenjske stroške in medinstitucionalna sodelovanja univerz.
Da bi vam pomagali pri teh odločitvah, bo Erasmus Play organiziral spletni seminar v sklopu Erasmus dni, ki bo potekal 16. oktobra 2024 ob 15.00 (CET).
Srečanje bo zajemalo ključne nasvete o iskanju nastanitve v tujini in sprejemanju najboljših odločitev za vašo Erasmus izkušnjo.

- Posodabljanje informacij na spletni strani Mednarodne pisarne
- Statistična analiza podatkov o mobilnosti študentov in osebja
- Upravljanje prihodov in odhodov (študentov in osebja)
- Pomoč pri prihodu novih študentov (informacije in nasveti pred prihodom)
- Podpora pri organizaciji mednarodnih dogodkov (srečanja dobrodošlice, mešani intenzivni programi, tedni za osebje, Erasmus dnevi)
- Podpora mednarodnim obiskovalcem pred in med njihovim bivanjem
- Komunikacijske aktivnosti (fotografiranje, snemanje videov, pisanje objav na družbenih omrežjih, zbiranje informacij za članke na spletni strani)
- Znanje portugalščine (zaželeno)
- Namestitev v študentskem domu
- Kandidat naj bi prejemal Erasmus+ štipendijo, dodeljeno s strani pošiljajoče univerze.

- Znanje angleščine
- Komunikacijske in medkulturne veščine
- Znanje uporabe Microsoft Office
- Samostojnost in pobuda
Možnosti Erasmus+ sofinanciranja
Sprejeti kandidati se za potrditev Erasmus+ prakse in pridobitev možnosti sofinanciranja prijavijo na Erasmus+ razpis za Erasmus študentsko mbouilnost z namenom prakse.

Mobility officer at the International Relations Office, Polytechnic University of Tomar, Portugal
Period of the internship
At least 2 months | Anytime between September and July
Internship description
- Updating information on the International Office's website
- Statistical analysis of student and staff mobility data
- Management of incoming and outgoing mobility (students and staff)
- Assistance with the arrival of new students (pre-arrival information and advice)
- Support in organizing international events (welcome meetings, blended intensive programs, staff weeks, Erasmus days)
- Support for international visitors before and during their stay
- Communication activities (taking photos, videos, writing social media posts, gathering information for website articles)
- Knowledge of Portuguese (appreciated)
- Accommodation in the student residence
- The applicant is expected to receive an Erasmus+ Internship Grant awarded by the sending university.
Skills required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Communication and intercultural skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Autonomy and initiative
Erasmus+ cofinancing opportunity
Selected candidates must apply for the Erasmus call for student mobility for traineeships in order to confirm their Erasmus+ internship and obtain co-funding.
