18. januarja 2024 je bil objavljen nov Erasmus+ razpis za mednarodne izmenjave z namenom študija v študijskem letu 2024/2025. Razpis je namenjen študiju v tujini in podpira tako fizično/kombinirano dolgoročno mobilnost študentov vseh treh stopenj, kot tudi kratkoročno mobilnost doktorandov.

  • Rok prijave je ponedeljek, 26. februar 2024.

Prav tako vse zainteresirane študente prisrčno vabimo k udeležbi na informativnem spletnem srečanju o postopku prijave in prvih korakih do uspešne realizacije Erasmus+ izmenjave, ki bo v torek, 30. januarja, ob 13.00 (v slovenščini) in ob 14.00 (v angleščini).

V primeru dodatnih vprašanj je na voljo UP FAMNIT Mednarodna pisarna, preko e-pošte international@famnit.upr.si ali v živo v pisarni, vsak delavnik med 9.00 in 15.00.

On January 18, 2024, a new Erasmus+ Open Call for student mobility for studies in the academic year 2024/2025 was announced. The call is intended for studying abroad and supports both physical/combined long-term mobility for students at all three levels and short-term mobility for doctoral candidates.

  • The application deadline is Monday, February 26, 2024.

We also warmly invite all interested students to participate in an informative online meeting about the application process and the initial steps towards a successful realization of the Erasmus+ exchange. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 30, at 1:00 PM (in Slovenian) and at 2:00 PM (in English).

Vabimo vse zainteresirane študente, da se udeležijo Poletne šole Turku Åbo, ki bo potekala avgusta 2024, v finskem univerzitetnem mestu Turku.

Poletna šola Turku Åbo ponuja 17 celovitih in v celoti akreditiranih tečajev, ki pokrivajo različna področja iz temeljnih območij petih visokošolskih institucij v regiji Turku; od oblikovanja iger in družbene trajnosti do financiranja, urbanističnega načrtovanja-

  • Večina tečajev poteka na kraju samem, od 5. do 16. avgusta 2024.
  • Poleg tega so na voljo štiri tečaji, ki potekajo v lastnem tempu prek spleta in jih lahko opravljate s katerega koli kraja.
  • Cene tečajev se gibljejo od 50 do 75 €.

sreda, 24. januar 2024 Vabilo k sodelovanju v CERN-ovem Poletnem študentskem programu izmenjav 2024 // Invitation to Participate in CERN's Summer Student Programme 2024

Vabimo vas, da se prijavite na CERN-ov Poletni študentski program 2024, ki bo potekal v poletnih mesecih (junij-september), v skupnem trajanju od 8 do 13 tednov.

Študentje s področja fizike, računalništva, inženirstva in matematike bodo imeli priložnsot sodelovati pri naprednih tehničnih projektih v eksperimentalnih ali inženirskih skupinah. Ključne značilnosti programa vključujejo obiske CERN-ovih objektov, sodelovanje v razpravah ter udeležbo na delavnicah.

Pogoji za prijavo:

  • Upravičeni udeleženci so študentje dodiplomskega ali magistrskega študija s področja fizike, inženirstva, računalništva ali matematike.
  • Pogoj za sodelovanje je zaključenih vsaj 6 semestrov polnega študija na univerzitetni ravni na navedenih področjih.
  • Upravičeni kandidati niso imeli prejšnje zaposlitve na CERN-u pod drugim statusom (tehnični študent, pripravnik, uporabnik ali drug status) v skupnem trajanju več kot 6 mesecev, prav tako se še niso udeležili CERN-ovega poletnega študentskega programa.
  • Zahtevano znanje angleškega jezika, znanje francoščine pa je prednost.

Študentje lahko prijavnico oddate preko spletnega obrazca do srede, 31. januarja 2024, do 12. ure po srednjeevropskem času.

Embark on an enriching journey over a span of 8 to 13 weeks (June–September 2024), where students specializing in Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, and Mathematics will collaboratively undertake advanced technical projects within experimental or engineering teams.

This exceptional and thrilling period allows students to partake in specially curated lectures, where experts and scientists from around the globe share their profound knowledge on diverse topics in theoretical and experimental particle physics, engineering, and computing. Key features of the programme include visits to CERN facilities, engaging discussion sessions, and immersive workshops.

Requirements:

  • Eligible participants are Bachelor or Master students (excluding PhD) in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • Completion of at least 6 semesters of full-time studies at the university level in the mentioned fields is a prerequisite.
  • Applicants should not have previously worked at CERN under any other status (Technical Student, Trainee, User, or other) for more than 3 months, and they should not have been a Summer Student at CERN before.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of French is advantageous.

Students of all nationalities are invited to submit their applications online until Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 12 noon CET.

sreda, 24. januar 2024 Nov Erasmus+ razpis za mednarodne študentske izmenjave z namenom praktičnega usposabljanja // New Open Call Under Erasmus+ For Student Mobility For Traineeships

Razpis za študentske izmenjave z namenom praktičnega usposabljanja je bil objavljen 19. januarja 2024. Ta razpis je namenjen praktičnemu usposabljanju v tujini in podpira tako fizično/kombinirano (z virtualno komponento) dolgoročno mobilnost študentov vseh treh stopenj, kot tudi kratkoročno mobilnost doktorandov, ki se izvede do 31.07.2025.

Rok prijave na razpis je določen kot odprti rok prijave in prične teči na dan objave razpisa ter traja do porabe sredstev oz. do preklica.

Izmenjava z namenom prakse se lahko opravlja na kateri koli javni ali zasebni organizaciji, ki je dejavnja na trgu dela ali področju izobraževanja, usposabljanja, raziskav in inovacij, neprofitna organizacija, nevladna organizacija, ipd. Erasmus+ bilateralni sporazum za takovrstno mobilnost ni potreben.

Na izmenjavo z namenom praktičnega usposabljanja se študentje lahko prijavite kadarkoli, preko ŠIS-a, praviloma najmanj 2 meseca pred predvidenim nastopom mobilnosti.

The Open Call for student mobility for traineeships was published on January 19, 2024. This call is intended for practical training abroad and supports both physical/combined (with a virtual component) long-term mobility for students of all three study levels, as well as short-term mobility for doctoral candidates, to be completed by July 31, 2025.

The application deadline for the call is defined as an open application period, starting on the day of the call's publication and lasting until funds are exhausted or until further notice.

Traineeships can be carried out in any public or private organization active in the labor market or in the fields of education, training, research, and innovation, as well as non-profit organizations, single organizations, etc. An Erasmus+ bilateral agreement for such mobility is not required.

Students can apply for Erasmus+ mobility for traineeship at any time through the Student Information System (ŠIS), generally at least 2 months before the planned start of mobility.

petek, 19. januar 2024 Skupni magistrski program Erasmus Mundus s področja biomedicinskega inženiringa na Univerzi v Kragujevcu // Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Program in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Kragujevac

Z začetkom šolskega leta 2023/2024 Univerza v Kragujevcu ponuja skupni magistrski program Erasmus Mundus s področja biomedicinskega inženiringa (EMMBIOME).

  • Študenti bodo prvih šest mesecev preživeli na Univerzi v Kragujevcu, začenši septembra 2024. Nato se bodo preselili na Univerzo v Patrasu v Grčiji za naslednjih šest mesecev in zaključili študij v zadnjih šestih mesecih na Univerzi za medicino in farmacijo "Grigore T. Popa" v Iași, Romunija. Med zadnjimi šestimi meseci bodo študenti razdeljeni v skupine, kjer bodo delali na svojih zaključnih nalogah v eni od treh držav.
  • Po uspešnem zaključku programa in zagovoru nalog bodo študentje prejeli diplome vseh treh institucij.

Vsako leto je na voljo 20 štipendij za študente z najboljšimi prijavami in uspehom med intervjuji. Štipendije znašajo 1400 € mesečno za celotno dvoletno obdobje študija.

Commencing with the academic year 2023/2024, the University of Kragujevac proudly introduces its exclusive Erasmus Mundus joint master program in Biomedical Engineering (EMMBIOME).

  • Students are engaged to spend the initial six months at the University of Kragujevac, starting in September 2024. Subsequently, they will relocate to the University of Patras in Greece for the following six months, concluding their studies with the last half-year at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Grigore T. Popa" in Iași, Romania. During the final six months, students will be organized into groups, working on their theses in one of the three countries.
  • Upon successful completion of the program and thesis defense, students will be awarded diplomas from all three institutions.

Each year, 20 scholarships are available for students with the most outstanding applications and performance during interviews. The scholarships amount to €1400 per month for the entire two-year study period.
