2nd Triple –I International Conference
“INTEGRATING SCIENCE AND ART – AN EXAMINATION OF INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO MOOD DISORDERS AND SUICIDE«
In the memory of Prof. Andrej Marušič, this conference is intended as a further development of his ideas; especially by reinforcing the Triple I approach (Intuition, Imagination and Innovation). National and international experts from psychiatry, social sciences, biology, law and other disciplines will get together to share their ideas about current and future global challenges relating to mood disorders and suicidal behaviour. Participants will present the latest findings and theories, and consider prevention and treatment issues.
Scientific Program: The aim of the conference is to promote principles of innovations, imagination and intuition in understanding the causes, treatment and consequences of mood disorders and suicidal behaviour, taking into consideration existing knowledge and experience and future global challenges, such as: climate change and other environmental issues, economic inequalities and cultural diversity.
