During the event, you will learn everything about the Work & Travel USA program, designed for students who want to work in the tourism industry in the USA during their summer break, experience American culture and lifestyle, and enjoy an unforgettable summer abroad.

Jana Grlic, a representative of Nomago, will present:

• the application requirements,
• the different types of jobs available with U.S. employers,
• the J-1 visa application process,
• opportunities to work in American summer camps,
• and the full program timeline, from application to departure for the USA.

Presentation’s guest will be Sara, a former Work & Travel USA participant who has taken part in the program twice. She spent the summers of 2025 and 2026 in the popular American resort destination Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, known for its miles of sandy beaches and vibrant summer atmosphere.

Sara will share her personal experience of working and living in the United States, what she learned from the program, and how the experience helped her both personally and professionally.
