Thursday, 30 September 2021 1st October – Start of the new academic year

Tomorrow we will welcome at UP FAMNIT the 15th generation of students!

Students will have the opportunity to pick up a university T-shirt in front of the Faculty main entrance from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm, and activities will take place throughout the morning.

At 10.00 there will be a meeting with the programme coordinators of undergraduate study programs (in Slovene language), as follows:

  • Mathematics and Mathematics in Economics and Finance (lecture room Famnit-MP1)

  • Computer Science (lecture room Famnit-Avla)

  • Bioinformatics (lecture room Famnit-VP1)

  • Conservation Biology (lecture room Famnit-VP2)

  • Biopsychology (lecture room Famnit-VP3)

  • Mediterranean Agriculture (lecture room Famnit-MP6)

At 12.00 you can attend the award ceremony for student tutors, which will take place in the Faculty main lobby (lecture room Famnit-Avla)

A group photograph of the first year’s students is planned for 12.30, we will assemble in front of the entrance to the Faculty.

At 13.00 there will be a meeting with the programme coordinators of Master's Study Programs (in Slovene language), as follows:

  • Mathematical Sciences (lecture room Famnit-MP1)

  • Computer Science (lecture room Famnit-VP1)

  • Nature Conservation (lecture room Famnit-VP2)

  • Biopsychology (lecture room Famnit-MP6)

  • Psychology (lecture room Famnit-VP3)

  • Data Science (lecture room Famnit-Avla)
