A finite group G is called a Cayley integral group if every undirected Cayley
graph over G has integral spectrum. Finite abelian Cayley integral groups have
been determined by W. Klotz and T. Sander [Electronic J Combin. 17 (2010), #
R81.] In this talk we determine the finite non-abelian Cayley integral groups.
