Second-round application period for candidates – citizens of non-EU countries (not included: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia) in the frame of the Call for enrolment into postgraduate (master and doctoral) study programmes of the University of Primorska 2026/2027

On Thursday, 20 August 2026, the University of Primorska opens the 2^nd application period for candidates – citizens of non-EU countries (not included: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia) for the enrolment into postgraduate (master and doctoral) study programmes in the academic year 2026/2027.

The application period will be open from Thursday, 20 August 2026, to Thursday, 27 August 2026 for master’s degree study programmes and from Thursday, 20 August 2026, to Tuesday, 8  September 2026 for doctoral study programmes.

Based on the Higher Education Act, the University of Primorska must conduct a direct interview, prior to any further academic and administrative processing of the application, with a foreign national – citizenship of one of the countries with higher migration risk.
