Modular forms on higher-rank groups and their associated L-functions

In this talk, I will introduce higher-rank modular forms and discuss some of my work in the Hermitian and orthogonal cases. In particular, I will explain connections between Fourier–Jacobi forms and L-functions. Time permitting, I will also report on ongoing projects on algebraic modular forms and Hermitian theta series.
