Starševska analiza oljk z mikrosateliti – podpora pri programu žlahtenja / Paternity analysis of olives with microsatellites – support in breeding programs

(SI) Cilji projekta so: - vrednotenje vpliva donorja peloda na zametek plodov in starševski test semen (embrija) iz odprtega opraševanja pri Žutici in Istrski belici; - ocena molekularnih sprememb pri sadikah, vzklitih iz obsevanih semen Žutice, z uporabo mikrosatelitskih markerjev; - test očetovstva odraslih sadik, pridobljenih s križanjem Žutice s štirimi tujimi sortami.
(EN) The objectives of the project are: - the evaluation of the influence of pollen donor on fruit set, and paternity test of seeds (embryo) from open pollination in Žutica and Istrska belica; - assessment of molecular changes in seedlings germinated from irradiated Žutica seeds using microsatellite markers; - paternity test of adult seedlings obtained by crossing Žutica with four foreign varieties.
