Mednarodni in domači dokumenti analize stanja v Evropi in Sloveniji, predhodno izvedenih projektih na področju RIN od leta 2023 dalje (B-RIN in KATARINA) kažejo potrebo po sistemski integraciji in nadgradnji poučevanja temeljnih vsebin RIN. Namen projekta je oblikovati eksperimentalni načrt uvajanja, implementacije in evalvacije temeljnih vsebin RIN v inovativnih oddelkih šol v zadnjem vzgojno-izobraževalnem obdobju (6. - 9.razreda). V ta namen bomo v okviru projekta naslavljalo vključevanje temeljnih vsebin in razvoj znanj RIN za učeče se v osnovni šol od 6. do 9. razreda OŠ. V specifičnem kontekstu razvojno - psiholoških obdobij učečih se, natančneje poznega otroštva učečih se in zgodnjega mladostništva, bomo dali poseben poudarek prilagajanju in personalizaciji didaktičnih strategij poučevanja temeljnih vsebin RIN značilnostim učenja učečih se.
V okviru projekta MARiNKA bomo dosegli naslednje rezultate:
- Popis in posnetek obstoječega stanja na VIZ na področju RIN v OŠ v zadnjem vzgojnoizobraževalčnem obdobju, identifikacija potreb na področju vključevanja RIN ter oblikovanje vsebinskih izhodišč izvedbenega načrta uvajanja temeljnih vsebin RIN.
- Razvoj, implementacija in evalvacija vzorčnih učnih scenarijev, ki se bodo nanašali na uvajanje temeljnih vsebin RIN v osnovno šolo od 6. do 9. razreda.
- Priprava Kataloga temeljnih znanj RIN, ki bo na osnovi že obstoječih domačih in tujih dokumentov pomenil nadgradnjo t. i. kurikularnega okvira za opredelitev temeljnih in minimalnih vsebin RIN, standardov znanj in kriterijev za vrednotenje napredka učečih se.
- Vzpostavljena učeča se skupnost, ki bo imela ključno vlogo na nacionalni ravni, saj bodo gradiva in izkušnje učiteljev pri implementaciji na voljo vsem članom učeče se skupnosti.
- Diseminacija in promocija uvajanja temeljnih vsebin RIN v ožjem in širšem vzgojno - izobraževalnem prostoru pri nas in v tujini in oblikovanje pozitivnih stališč do uvajanja temeljnih vsebin RIN kot medpredmetnih in/ali samostojnih obveznih vsebin učnih aktivnosti v VIZ.

International and national documents, analyses of the situation in Europe and Slovenia, and previously implemented projects in the field of computer science and informatics (RIN) since 2023 onwards (B-RIN and KATARINA) indicate the need for the systemic integration and upgrading of the teaching of basic RIN content. The purpose of the project is to develop an experimental plan for the introduction, implementation, and evaluation of basic RIN content in innovative classes of schools in the final educational period (6th–9th grade). For this purpose, within the framework of the project, we will address the inclusion of basic content and the development of RIN knowledge for learners in primary school from the 6th to the 9th grade of primary school. In the specific context of the developmental and psychological periods of learners, more precisely late childhood and early adolescence, special emphasis will be placed on adapting and personalizing didactic strategies for teaching basic RIN content to the learning characteristics of learners.
Within the framework of the MARiNKA project, we will achieve the following results:
- An inventory and assessment of the existing situation in educational institutions in the field of RIN in primary schools in the final educational period, identification of needs in the field of RIN integration, and development of the content foundations of the implementation plan for introducing basic RIN content.
- Development, implementation, and evaluation of model learning scenarios relating to the introduction of basic RIN content into primary schools from the 6th to the 9th grade.
- Preparation of a Catalogue of Basic RIN Knowledge, which, based on existing national and international documents, will represent an upgrade of the so-called curricular framework for defining the basic and minimum RIN content, knowledge standards, and criteria for evaluating learners' progress.
- Establishment of a learning community that will play a key role at the national level, as teaching materials and teachers' experiences in implementation will be available to all members of the learning community.
- Dissemination and promotion of the introduction of basic RIN content within the narrower and broader educational environment in Slovenia and abroad, and the development of positive attitudes towards the introduction of basic RIN content as cross-curricular and/or independent compulsory content of learning activities in educational institutions.
The project will represent an experimental and systemic development of support environments for the integration of basic RIN content, as well as mechanisms for exchanging experiences and good practices that will contribute to guidelines for the development and integration of basic RIN content in primary schools from the 6th to the 9th grade.
